I have always dreamed of staying at the Poly, we did so last year. My dreams have now turned to the WL.

#1 Congrats on the old WL thread, and wow on the new thread. Moving along and look like it may beat-out the old thread.

Every time I read all the information, I can feel an excitement building. February can't come too soon.

So much wonderful information, Thank You all!

Thanks all for the nice comments on the pic. I must have taken 50 pix from that balcony. We never got tired of looking at the Castle (especially at night). Yes that is the monorail you see.

BluOrchid2- I have a FujiFilm Finepix 3800 digital w/ a 6X Optical Zoom and additional 2X digital zoom. The key is the optical zoom which gives you clearer pix when zooming in. Where in LS do you live? We live in Longview Farms.

Got a kick out of the Boneyard inceident. I have often wondered why we go to WDW, for us or the kids.

I was sitting down by the Kiddie pool finishing a book and DM was having a battle trying to get 2 DS out of the pool to go to MK.
I wants stay here.
I don't want to see Mickey.
I don't like Cinderella.
It's more fun here.
LOL, felt for her wth all the frustration on her face.

FYI: If we can keep the siggie pics down to a resonable size the new "digs" will not start slowing down like #2.

The best time for a hot tub soak..........................
It has been my experience that after midnight the pool is empty, the hot tubs are empty. The view of the back of the WL is breath taking.
Just you and that special someone or all by yourself, enjoying a leisurely soak from a long day at the parks. The feel of the hot water and the cool air on your skin. The view of the resort has your eyes mesmorized. You can't seem to believe you are in witness of such beauty. The steam rising off of the pool and tubs and the quiet of the surrounding area has almost lulled you into absolute bliss.

Nothing could feel better and nothing could make you more prepared for the next day. Totally revitalizes you and you have an excuse for another soak the following night!!!

I know this is off topic, but I just wanted to share our news...
DH is active duty in the AF and has beed stationed on a remote tour to Korea since April 03. He was informed today that our next duty station will be Moody AFB just outside of Valdosta, GA! I am so happy becuase the type of job he has will make him non-deployable and we will have a "normal" family life for a few years!
Not to mention that Valdosta is only a few hours drive from the world!!!

I am Betsy (33) from Boynton Beach FL ( about 3 hours south of the World)
I have a DH (43) and a DD 5.5. My sister is a DisBoard member (tchrmom)on the cruise forum...she leaves 10/18 on the Magic.
I just decided that we are going to go back on February 2 - 6.
Does anyone know when they post the AP rates for Feb..is it Nov or Dec?
I also want a countdown clock..how do I get that?

As you can see from my countdown timer it is almost my families time to go. We have a woodsview room also. I know you said you were in room 5014. Did that room have bunk beds?

For that matter...does anyone know if any of the rooms between 5012 and 5032 have bunk beds?

Sorry, just had to vent. We are supposed to be staying at AKL this Christmas, my parents are paying so I let them pick the resort, although I hyped up the WL hoping. No, they want to see animals. Well my Dad just called and said, maybe we should stay at WL since it is closer to MK (I was designated to do all the planning). You have got to be kidding me, no way we get a room now. I am not giving up hope but why did they have to wait to the last minute to change. I can get a room there, but none on the Disney Visa plan. Please someone send lots of PD my way and maybe a room will open up, actually need three rooms.

Bummer I know what you mean. When I had the September trip lined up DD got sick and I called in to postpone for one week. It was twice the hassle. Don’t take one CM word on it though. The first told me no way possible and if we could not make it we should cancel. I told them I would think on it first. Called back an hour later went through the reason process again and the CM said no problem and took care of it. Keep us posted good friend.
