Dec. 1st, is my b-day, so I have my tree usually up on Thanksgiving day or the day before. But this year, we have an artifical one, and we will be busy, so we put ours up today. Glad, I had some gifts ready, and our friend had sent us our presents already, so we have something under our tree .

I like to enjoy Thanksgiving first, it seems to get passed over. And we are gone until after then, Dec. 1 all decorations, so probably Dec.2 the tree.

Yes, Thanksgiving does go by really fast. I am the one that prepares our Thanksgiving meal, and have guests over, so it is not a relaxing time for me. I like to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving parade while cooking our meal.

Not much Turkey, potatoes, sweet potatoes, salad, gravy. I think those are the only from scratch things. There are only 5 of us, so not too much food, I hope. We don't really have a menu yet. Will do that Sat....and then go shopping. Going to Costco for desserts.
