Lomi Lomi Salmon?



Poke is diced up raw fish that are cubed then there are different ingredients added in such as raw bulb onion, green onion, Hawaiian chili pepper, rock salt, seaweed, kukui nut..... stirred up then eatten.
It's a local favorite and something that you would be able to find a luaus also.
