Chicken Francese is a local dish native to the NYC area. I suggest you look it up and give it a try (the food network website has a great recipe for it, and easy to make, considering i made it myself on a few occasions), it's basically the same thing as Lemon Pepper Chicken with a bit more thrown into it. It's absolutely mouth watering...
