Lightspeed Troubles?

Have any of you had any problems recently with Lightspeed Panel? I have been a memeber for years and have always been pleased but that all came to a seemingly abrupt end in January. :( During January I cashed in 2 ($25.00) gift cards and although they show up on the website has been processed I never got them. I have tried emailing at least once weekly for the past four months and receive no response.:mad: So then I tried to register with Survey Police so that I could file a complaint but I never get a confirmation email from them so that I can verify my intent to join. Thus I can't post. And before everyone asks... it is not in my junkmail file either! LOL! I did find a post on their site where somebody had listed a CEO email addy that they had used to get their matter resolved so I tried that also, it's been three days and no response! :furious: At this point I have no idea what else to do - but I really feel stiffed by them I know it's only $50.00 but it took me a long time to rack up those points! Anybody have similar problems? Has anyone had any luck resolving issues with them? Does anyone have any ideas?:goodvibes

I think you are supposed to login and then go to "Contact Us" on the website. Then click on "Rewards" and then "Haven't received my check or prize".

Then you have to enter the email that you use for Lightspeed surveys.

I can't imagine that "Lauren" is getting your email and not responding? That's a puzzle.

I emailed them for three months following your posted technique however this past month as my anger/desperation has begun to build I use the very same technique except I copy my written words and then go through each topic and subtopic that even remotely might apply and paste it there and email that too. Of course I always add a little one line note that due to over 50 attempts at emailing the proper division I am hoping that someone will receive this who might be able to help me.:) And I have been fairly pleasant in all of the emails especially when I first started... I just can't figure out what the problem is.

I do notice on Survey Police that there ratings are dropping pretty consistently and more and more people seem to be posting complaints and problems - but not excatly the same kind of problem I seem to be having.:confused3

I'm hoping somehow to get to the bottom and get this resolved. I think just the point of it is getting to me more than the gift cards. I just can't believe the degree of unprofessionalism. I have never had problems with them like this before.
 
There's always the possibility that you are not receiving their replies. Who is your ISP?

I had to move several of my rewards programs from my RoadRunner email to my Yahoo email after I discovered that I wasn't receiving some of their email -- and it wasn't going into a Junk Mail folder either.

Can you try emailing them from another email address? That's how I finally discovered that it was my ISP that was causing my problems.
 

Yahoo is currently my provider and I also include my telephone number in each email so one would think that after receiving so many emails they would know something was up and at least call. And I do continue to receive survey requests from them.

But it is a thought. And right now I will gladly try anything. :goodvibes Tomorrow I will be elsewhere on a completely different computer with AOL and will give that a shot. Hey right now it's kind of whatever works is worth a shot! I really appreciate your trying to come up with a possible solution!:)
 
Just wanted to update... I still have heard nothing! I guess I am just out of luck as I don't know what else to try. If anybody thinks of anything please do not hesitate to let me know! I am wondering if perhaps the Better Business Bureau might be the next step - but I doubt it would do any good!:)
