It was very frustrating. My record is 4 hours to go 60 miles.

I would have been pulling my hair out at that point. How frustrating! From what I've heard, eastcoast traffic is not nearly as awful as westcoast traffic is!

You can generally avoid traffic if you plan ahead, but sometimes it's unavoidable.

Not quite that bad

But I think the purpose of me going isn't for me to visit all my friends, but to get help...so we'll see. It's going to be a hard sell.....

Just caught up on all the updates. We are in Pensacola right now, on our way home from WDW. You are still in our prayers and I'm glad you have found a place to go. We'll be thinking about you and praying for you while you are there.

This trip was fun but it was SOOOO HOT!!! A complete turn around from our trip in February. Not sure if I like going in June. But, what can we do?? Can't pull DS out of school anymore because the new principal doesn't like it. Ah well, those are thoughts for another time. Anyway, glad to see that you are doing well. The pics of the Westin look really nice!

The plan right now is to drive myself out with a friend and then have the friend drive back, but it really depends on finances and the timing of the start of the program. So we'll see.....

I would like to avoid June as well in 2012, but Erin for sure will be in 4th grade and it will be hard to pull her out for 1 week much less 2 weeks.....

I hope to make it to Lake Charles....

Wait until 60 comes around...the body goes, the mind goes, but the good news is that you won't care anyway! It's all fun after 60, I promise, and kinda weird how freeing it actually feels.

If your hair is natural (meaning silver/white) then some people treat you extra nice!! Unfortunately, others think there is no brain between the ears.Those folks are the most fun cuz one can play with their minds a bit and leave them thoroughly confused. Am I making any sense???

I celebrated my 50th in London - fabulous - but your 50th in WDW is going to be one for the record books!
