Lightning lane pass payment

Can you use Disney gift cards to purchase lightning lane, DDP and memory maker?
Yes but you must enter the GC number manually for LL purchases. You can't save your GC(s) as payment method in MDE. Also if you have a saved payment method make sure that you read the screen in payment step where you enter your GC number. It does add a little time to the payment step for LL purchases.

For DDP and Memory Maker pre-payments you will need to manually enter your GC(s) manually.

Generally it is best to save your GC number in a Note on your smartphone to allow you to cut / paste as you go through the payment steps.

Thank you for the tip. So even at 7AM day of time is at the essence!!!

I have just over a week to keep studying and try to make up my mind on MP/SP or taking the expensive leap on PP. We are planning on Early Entry. I am not the best on being on my phone all the time and scheduling. Do you see your choices for MP/SP first before you make payment? So if I do the chatgpt like some have mentioned is it really a doable thing to ride the best of the best which only allow about 20 min between rides? I am doubting it since when you sign up for MP its an hour timeframe. Almost $1500 is a lot of money if there is no guarantee. We will eliminate TRON and Space Mountain due to having small children. I would like to stay within the same lands as much as possible. I would like to do fantasyland and tomorrowland in the AM and then 3:00-?? do Adventureland and Frontierland. So what is the chance signing in my first SP could come up as 7DMT and MP as Peter Pan, Winnie the pooh (AM) and maybe Tiana (3:30-ish) to begin our afternoon. As reading seems like there may not be many options to get them all together. Sounds like options open up after you scan into your first ride.

Yes, you see your selections, and can adjust your times with some over lap at your 7 day purchase day. For your up to 2 LLSP attractions, you can have more overlap of your LLSP times. Your selections are also held for 5 minutes to allow you to modify your LLMP return times to increase your return time overlaps before you complete the day's purchase.

Not really as the top attractions go first but since you are working with small children you have more options for less popular major LLMP attractions. Is this for day of additional LLMP return times?

When you pre-book at the 7 day mark you will not get down to a 20 min. time between rides.

Yes as I answered above you see the exact times for your initial (3) LLMP and your up to (2) LLSP per day. That was a big downside for Disney+.

It is workable depending on how busy the park is during pre purchase period for you initital selections at the 7 day, and you odds to improve the more days in advance of your actual park day. Many Guests will try to grab their best selections for a park day for days further into their park days schedule. The earlier you book the best chance to book for a later park day in you visit window.

So it is now 2 days until I can book this. I am staying on property so it will be at the 7 day booking. Since timing is everything will I have time to get on and check out the MP choices and then if I don't like it get off and back on and book the PP. At top dollar prices how quickly does the PP sell out?

Yes you are able to select your (3) LLMP attractions, adjust the times before you actually complete the purchase. You don't backup out just Cancel by using the Blue X in the top left corner of any LL screen on your smartphone.

Have you double checked when your 7 Day window starts? For example if you resort stay starts on Tuesday, June 10th then you can book your LL at 7 AM ET on this Tuesday. As a reminder, it is not based on the first your park visits start.

It depends on the season, and how busy the parks are. Right now LLPP at MK is sold out Tuesday, June 3. And that is the only day within the 21 day window for any park.
