We are staying at Hilton Signia for 2 days and then Wilderness Lodge for 5 days. I laid out the itenerary below that explains my questions.

11/22 - check in at Signia
11/23 - go to Epcot
11/24 - check out of Signia, check into Wilderness lodge, go to MK
stay at Wilderness Lodge the rest of the time

Are we able to book Lightning Lane multi pass at Epcot on 11/18 (6 days prior) or since Epcot is on a day we are not at Wilderness Lodge we will not get any advantage for Epcot?

You will be at WL 11/24, so you can book 7 days prior and for the length of your WL stay starting 11/24. On 11/23, you'll be at a non-Disney resort and can book LLMP/LLSP only 3 days in advance for that day.

Your ability to book/purchase LLMP/LLSPs seven days before resort check-in only applies to the days you are staying at the resort. So, your Epcot day will not be covered. If you have dated tickets, you can book/purchase three days before the ticket start date. If you have annual passes or non-dated tickets, you can book/purchase three days before the park day; that is November 20.

I have a similar question - we will be staying onsite for 3 nights (Tues-Friday), then taking a Wish cruise for 3 nights (Friday-Monday), followed by another onsite day (Monday). If we get 4-day tickets they will cover the time period for all the days before and after the cruise. Will we be able to book LLMP for all 4 days starting 7 days prior to the first stay?

Hopefully that makes sense.

I'm pretty sure the answer to that question is no, since your Monday stay is not part of the first reservation. That would be viewed as a separate on-site reservation, and you could book LLMP/LLSP for that Monday 7 days in advance from Monday. The 7 days in advance is based on the resort stay, not the ticket. You have 2 resort stays.
