We did that once in Boy Scouts about 30 years ago (they had just come out and no one knew what we were doing). Needless to say, it was a big mess.

I brought in about 5 or 6 each day last year- I never had a problem with them. The guards didn't say anything when they saw them in my backpack.OHIODISNEYFAMILY said:I've always wondered if gate security at the parks minds if a person brings in light sticks and such. This is why I never brought my own. It appears it is A-OK to have light sticks and bracelets in my bag, so I think I'll brings some with me next week. Unless this is something I have to sneak in.....then I'll pass (I am bringing a clear backpack). If I have to sneak, please let me know!

Totally OT - my apologies to the OP - but when we go camping we cut open a glow stick and sprinkle it on the walls of the tent. It looks like stars.Conan the Librarian said:OH Yes...it done blowed up real good. I was smart enough to stand well away from the event, but, the Axman was covered in glowing goop.
