We are leaving on Saturday, July 19, and will be in the parks on Monday. The weather seems warm enough (84 F) during the day, but how about late evening? Will we need a light jacket if we stay till 11pm? Will it be chilly? Thanks very much!
Right now it's a little humid and a jacket isn't necessary at night, but I don't know about next week yet. Your best bet is to bring a light jacket and nothing more.
I would bring the jacket, just in case. Or, more fun, bring the budgeted money for Disney jackets for everyone, just in case it gets chilly.
Each time I've been to Anaheim or San Diego, I have found that the sheer difference in temperature between day and night makes me colder than I expect. It feels like a desert to me, where once the sun goes down, it gets breezy and chilly, and I definitely want *something* more than what I've been broiling in all day.

I was there last Thursday--it was warm during the day but by evening it did get cool--I was glad to have a light jacket as we walked to the car at 9:30==so would think it would be welcome at 11 p.m.!
