Today we would be only 22 days away tho my DH had a dental accident at work:( We have confirmed with dentist he'll still be sore so reschedule time!! It's a first for myself(34) DH(34) DS(16) DS(12) We aren't eager to do the high heat months so I'm thinking September?

September is a great time to go but it's still really hot. We were boiling last time at the end of September. I personally dont mind it but if heat is a huge factor you might want to look into Oct or even after Thanksgiving - the first week of Dec. You never know if it will be hot or cold then (we've had both) but its enjoyable. Certainly not as light of crowds but I think they're better then other times of the year - and this coming from someone who loves the low crowds in Sept.

November's a good time as far as temps. It can be in the 80's during the day, but usually not as humid, less rain, and cooler evenings. Plus, if you plan it right, you can see the F&W festival and some of the Christmas decorations (Osbourne lights) in the same week. Anything but Thanksgiving week should be a good time as far a crowds.

Honestly, fall has been hit or miss for us. We have been in september, october and november. We had rain and 50 degrees in October, sun and then a cold snap in September and beautiful weather in November with 80-85 each day. Fall is a great time for WDW; just don't have your heart set on waterparks :)

Thank you for all input looks like I'll Prob go for October!! I really appreciate the help this board has provided from a-z :)

We were there first week of October last year and the temps were through the roof with heat index of 105. Rain each day, often steady heavy rain, not the usualy quick showers that were over and done. Crowds also were heavier than in years past with the beginning of food and wine (which we love btw)

My wife and I roasted in April once. Totally pissed me off, we went in April to not roast!

We went the last week of October to avoid the heat for it only to be hotter. It was 95 every day. We just stick with August now. I do miss MNSSHP.

Well the idea of avoiding heat didnt seem to play into our decision so well lol We opted for Labor Day tho I believe the credit difference makes up for the heat in DH eyes I'm hoping the crowd levels will make it worth the wait for 2 DSs I just couldn't wait many more months the packing had already begun :-)

Been twice in October and it was sooooo hot and humid both trips (and very, very rainy on one of them). We picked it since we heard it was a good time weather-wise. I found June was cooled, and July-Aug was like our October trips.
