Could be interesting as my balance issues continue. Neourologist comfimed that i had a stroke during surgery thats causing the problems.
He doubted it would get better, but as long as Robins around to "prop me up" i'll be ok.
No Rockin Rollercoaster for Underdog, thats for sure. Maybe WedWay all week!!

Hi everyone! I am so glad we have this new thread. I prefer chatting on the DIS to facebook.

Just an update on our clan. We are all doing well, and keeping busy. Emily has prom this Saturday, Derek just made his Confirmation yesterday morning and had a swim team awards picnic in the afternoon. He won MVP for his group. My parents were here for the weekend, and were super thrilled to see Alex play baseball and be there for Derek's "events." I am keeping busy chasing the kids (busy time of year at school) and Rob is getting ready for a month-long all expenses paid trip to a sandy place. Cozumel? St. John? Nope, you guessed it--Afghanistan. It's only for a month and it is not a combat-related mission, so we are focusing on that to keep from worrying--too much. He'll return some time this summer, spend time with us, then go back for another 6 weeks later.

The USMC is getting their last bit of work for his salary before he retires.

I hope you are all well, and look forward to chatting more here.....

I agree with you Sistah. The DIS is much better for posting. "FaceSpace" makes me cranky.

Be sure to post lots of prom piccies and a God "bluss" Derek for his confirmation.

Yes, we are doing WDW beforehand, but we are not sure of our dates, so I hadn't made a ticker. Maybe I'll do that today. I have nothing else to do---NOT! What is it with this time of year!?!
