I guess where i am from, and many of you as well, what Lieberman did was tantamount to betrayal.....Not the fact that he supported McCain, I am fine with that....It was his words about Obama at the convention.
Obama helped save his neck in Connecticut when he went there to campaign for him when his own party had another candidate. Obama did not need to do that at all. Lieberman then turned around and said some caustic and I believe mean-spirited things that cna only be looked at as a complete back stab.
I understand his friendship with Mccain. I even understand his obsessive love of the war in Iraq....But what he did at that convention was....well....PUNK-like!!!
