AdoptedDisneyFamily - Although you made mention of dry turkey, most everything else you mentioned was in regards to service. Your title of "Worst Meal" sounds a bit harsh since most of your probs were with service issues. Did you attempt to rectify these issues? What time was dinner? You say that you just got back, did you visit during the holidays when it was really busy? I am interested as we are eating here for the first time in March.
