I think I am getting myself confused.

Would somebody be kind enough to tell me if family style is lunch or dinner? Also what time is lunch served too until it switches to dinner?

Dinner is family style. At lunch you can order the all you can eat platter or order a la carte.

Lunch
11:00 AM - 2:55 PM
Dinner
3:15 PM - 9:30 PM

For what its worth we've never done the family style but are frequent visitors for the a la carte menu. The menu has dwindled since they added the AYCTE meal, but its still one of our favorite MK lunch spots.
