Next week will be our first time dining at LTT for dinner during MNSSHP. Do the characters appear in costume starting with dinner reservations at 4pm or do they come out in costume after the official start of the party?

We had dinner during the Halloween party last year at 5pm and they were already in costume. Very cute

When we went as well they were in costume. They are so cute, my DD had a blast there, and the food was really good. Enjoy!!
