What do y'all recommend in terms of food and character interaction for dinner. We will be 4 adults and a 10, 8, and 2.5 year old.

We are also planning on Chef Mickey for b-fast and Tusker House for b-fast so keep in mind the assortment of characters we will be seeing.

You're going to see different characters (Pooh, Tigger etc.) at Crystal Palace, but we've tried it twice there and would never go back.....we LOVE LTT and have been several times, best interaction even over Chef Mickey's...haven't been to the new Tusker house but we did the old one at AK and it was okay, not a lot of interaction but it was an excuse to get into the park early...I strategically plan our breakfast meals to get in early! :)

Have a glorious time!

Oppposite here.

We did both last trip, both for dinner. We were very disappointed in LTT food, atmosphere, characters and did not enjoy being packed so tight on a tiny tables. We were moved along in a hurry.

Our CP food was good, the characters were great, the lively atmosphere was great and we had no issues with the tables being so tight. We took our time and enjoyed it all.

I have had both breakfast and dinner at crystal palace. The breakfast interaction was okay but you only get a brief interaction as it is a big place. We like to get the last seating time of the evening but since you have a little one it might be more difficult. Because it was the last sitting we were able to get our pictures taken with pooh's entire entourage at the same time. This is something that under normal circumstances is almost impossible to do. We also have had a great time at LTT. That one is Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale. Or at least it was back in 2005. My DS was wearing a Goofy hat. Well of course Goofy had to have it. When DS tried to take it back Goofy took off. Tossing it back and forth between Chip & Dale. DS was 19 at time. He was not going to play but they kept taunting. It was a riot. He finally got it back when Minnie retrieved it. She then scolded them for their actions and they all looked apropriatly shamefaced. We all had a good time. The food was Thanksgiveing fare served family style. Good enough. But the good time was well worth it. I guess I am not really any help because we liked them both just as well just for different reasons. Those two seem to the best character meals. In April we will be doing Cindy's Royal Talble for breakfast though. My DD12 instists that this time its her turn and doesn't care what her brothers think. Good luck with your decision.
