Leu Gardens in January?

We will be on our next WDW vacation during my mother's birthday, and I was thinking about taking her to Leu Gardens that day. We are going in January, however, so I was wondering if it would be worth going then. I have no idea what gardens are like in Florida in January Has anyone been to the gardens then?

the grounds are beautiful but very little flowers,some camelias probably worth trip if you love gardens
