When I was last on here I was debating about taking my DD to Disney but some things came up, namely DD #2. So now I am looking at December 2013 as a first trip for both. They would be age 7 and 2.5 at that time. Daddy is a bit worried that the 2.5 year old won't enjoy it but I think it is a perfect time and she will be the right age for DD #1 to ride some of the rides with her. So I am back to look at everythign and get back into the swing of everything Disney.:cheer2:

We are bringing our DD next month 2 days after her 2nd bday. This will be for 11 nights. It's her third trip. We go every 6 months. I won't lie to you....there are challenges to bringing little ones. However, the rewards are amazing. We try to stick to her normal eating and sleeping times. She naps in her stroller so that helps. We do breakfast in our room with her usual foods. Lunch is CS and dinner is ts. We go to CS about 11:30 so its less crowded and she's not starving. Dinner adrs we make about 30 mins prior to her normal eating time at home so she gets her food before she's in meltdown mode. Seeing her laugh and clap at shows and on rides, her face lighting up when she sees Mickey or dancing at playhouse Disney show in dhs all make the careful planning worth it. Also we take down days where we relax and enjoy the pool.
