Just a quick update. We were running a little late getting into the lake and then when we got to the end of the lake heading to the Gatun lakes we were hit with the most amazing thunder and lightning storm. It seemed to shut things down for a little while and we are on our way now about 2 hrs 45 min later than expected. A very relaxing, amazing day.

i see you're from sterling heights - i grew up very near you....
and my family still lives there!!!
i was just there in june (my parents house was hit by one of those tornadoes that hit on June 8th - my mom and i were trapped in her house for 24 hours )

" Its a small world after all..." We are at 16 mile and Dodge Park. I grew up in Arizona but I love the 4 seasons so we moved to MI. How bad was the damage? I hope that all is well now!
