We have a Charbroil gas grill that uses "flavor briquets," i.e., hard wood chunks you place at the base of the fire so it burns to flavor your food. I like it very much, but its burner plate has burnt out and needs replacing. DH, who is handy with tools at ONLY work, just wants to buy a new grill. So we're grill-less at the moment. (I should bribe my brother-in-law to come down and fix it for me.)
If we buy a new grill, I'd like to get something with a smoker feature. Lately, I've had a hankering for smoked brisket.

I decided against the side burner, can't really see using it, but I can add it later if I want. I am considering the rotisserie, mmm, roto-ed chicken, oh, sorry, I got sidetracked! The best part is it is all stainless steel so I don't have to worry about rust. I am one of those insane people who BBQ year-round, even here in Chicago! I will be out in my big coat roasting a chicken.
I have even baked bread and casseroles in the BBQ when I didn't want to heat up the house.
There was actually a Brinkman Grill, that HAD a sink with it!
