Well, some of us are in double digits for December trips and I am hoping my rate will come down a bit.

Here's what I have:
Minivan
National
260.00 inclusive of everything
Dec 3-11
I used the Priceless contact ID and Entertainment Book $20 off coupon.

This $260 has stayed the same for several months now. I know there's time for prices to drop, but I am antsy!

Any Product Codes out yet for December?

Geoff_M - I was also looking for Dec. 19-31, and the best I could find was Thrifty using the AU02 code from mousesavers.com, but I had to split it up into 2 separate reservations. I figured we could just return it to the airport one day, and then reserve the same vehicle again. I did Dec. 19-25, and then Dec. 25-31, and came up with a total of $424 for a minivan. This was less than half of what I could find anywhere else right now. We're now planning to drive, so I don't need the rental car after all, but I did look into it quite a bit. Hope this helps!

Check Alamo. They have mini vans for 189.99 for the week. THis rate comes up without using any codes. with taxes it was $238.
this was for 12/8 - 12/14.

Disney Doc - Not to sound like a broken record, but it you check Thrifty with code AU02 for your dates, the total looks like $258. This definitely seems to be absolutely the best rate available around XMAS!

I got a full size for $105 for 12/15-12/19. I used the priceless vacation and amex code. I tried priceline this morning for the same days, full size, and got rejected for $120!!! I read this thread and used the codes mentioned earlier!!

Do you have to have the priceless coupon when you pick the car up?

Do you have a Disney Visa card? I put your dates and pick up locations in (to Alamo) with the DV codes and got an estimated total of $305.23 for a minivan.

I don't think you will be able to do much better - National isn't discounting any minivans if you need to pick it up Thanksgiving Day or the day after. I have approximately the same time frame and will probably go with Alamo. I'd prefer National, but not if it costs me well over a $100 more to do it!

Bumping this thread for any updates. We've had an intermediate size at National. Nov 27 - Dec 3 at the rate of $176 for 2 months now with no change.

Anyone notice any changes yet for their December rental rates?

Have you guys tried costcos web sight. They have good codes and it doesnt say that you have to be member. Don't know if you would have to have a card at checkin thoe. Then you could use a up grade coupon from ent. of maybe the %20 off. It'd worth a try.
