It was either Sept 17 or 18 of this year in the Magic Kingdom....they were actually staying at Pop Century because we followed them out of the park and stood behind them waiting for the resort bus. There were so many young women in the parks wearing them that week that I could have taken tons of pictures! I think I'd rather dress like the Buddist monks we saw in Animal Kingdom....they at least looked comfy!

Ok, then it wasn't them I saw. (I was there on Sept. 27-30.) Although I do think the Fashion Police SHU (instead of SVU) :lmao: was out in full force last month!

SHU ~Special Heels Unit~
:lmao:

To me, it's not the type of shoe, or what they're wearing it with or even if it's a total fashion faux pax - it's the pain I'd be in if I were wearing them! I wince just looking at the shoes in these pics. :scared: :faint:

:rotfl2:
I think this horse is looking at that dude's foot!
:rotfl2: Too Funny!!!!!

As for the "feel sorry" post, I'm with Pickles......
I laugh my butt off at the stupidest things. I guess I have a 13 year olds' sense of humor...
My grandmother was schizophrenic and my sister bi-polar. If we didn't laugh at all the things they did, or the predicaments that occurred while growing up, I'd have worry lines an inch thick. Why cry and worry at life? It makes you old. You've gotta laugh and find the bright side of things 'cause laughing keeps you young:love:
BTW, if someone's got a goofy photo of me, I'd love to see it posted here!

We saw the guy with all the tatoos, when my dad and I were going on test track. he was stopped just short of the rope. and we went in..and then It turned out we were picked for a million dream gift that day. we were happy. :) but sorry that the big disney fan did not.

Dont be sorry for the "Disney Guy" check out his web site, it was poted a few pages back I think,,,he says he goes to Disney once a month, sometimes more!

On 9/19 we were coming down the ramp from the monorail at MK when DH nudged me and pointed out a chick in front us--she was wearing a pair of heels...dirty,old white heels,at first I thought she may be going to a meal but as my eyes traveled up her legs to a pair of khaki colored shirts then onto an old "Monsters of Rock" tshirt where most of the lettering was gone that theory got blown right out of the water.

About an hour later I had walked over to the popcorn cart in front of the castle and caught sight of this...

The amount of women I saw this trip wearing the wedge shoes was beyond belief---my feet hurt just looking at them!

OMG! When I first read 9/19,, I thought this time its me!!! we were there the same week,,,not me however,,NOT even close!! GO PURPLE CROCS! :cheer2:

I just have to subscribe! I'm only 1/3 the way through reading the posts and laughing my head off! :lmao: Keep them coming! I'm gonna have to look through my Disney pictures now!:rotfl2:

I have to ask - Why would you take a picture of that?

:rolleyes1 Why do people take pics of their kids picking their noses? Is that okay with you? Geez. Not too often you see THAT at one of the "cleanest" places on earth. I found it funny.

Relax, I don't have a problem with it just wanted to know why that's all. Don't be so defensive.

Another odd shoe photo. These two didn't realise they had on mismatched flip-flops.

My theory.....these are sisters who could not agree on who got to wear the pretty flip flops and who had to wear the plain ones. So after their mother said if you can't settle this nicely, neither of you can wear them.....they compromised.

Yep...I'm a mom of twins and we go through that scenario a few times a month....though my girls have yet to be this creative in their compromise.

This one is of my DH's mismatched shoes. We were on the bus going to the Magic Kingdom, when he realized he had on two different shoes!

About the mismatched flipflop photo - I've seen girls at my DD's school who do this. They like each other's flipflops, so they will swap one shoe and wear them that way for a while. Sort of like those "best friends" 2-piece necklaces, but with shoes.

DD also tells me it's becoming popular to wear two different colored Crocs. Especially if they are the same colors, but in different combinations. Like one would be red with a black strap, and the other would be black with a red strap. I guess it's not that different from when we would wear mismatched socks in the 80's.
