This question has had different answers for me. I'd say currently, maybe the Anaheim Plaza because is was so cheap and close enough. More lately I've stay further away to get nicer and cheaper and drove to the parking lots, but have mixed feelings if I should do that again.

Small World Holiday. 10 minutes isn't aweful but loosing 2 hours in the parks may be.

There are some benches where Grizzly River Run meets the San Fransisco area that are awesome to people watch from. Especially now that there is more traffic dude the the construction walls.

Depends on my mood but mostly I spin it like crazy.

Niether. I'd aim for BTMRR during fireworks becaus of the greater outdoors time and the way the light from the fireworks reflects off the buttes.
