Yes, the chicken fingers are back. About 6 months ago, someone started a thread to bring them back and everyone e mailed DCL about how bad they wanted them back. About 2 weeks later they were back. Now thats influence.

The chicken fingers controversy reminded me...
Remember when they got rid of the jumbo embarkation shrimp and the chocolate souffle at Palo? Thankfully, they brought both of those wonderful items back after the outraged outcry. On one of our cruises a while back, they brought the handpacked ice cream back to Scoops...it was only temporary, and they were quickly back to the soft serve.

The Magic left Port Canaveral on Monday's for the 4 night cruise and on Friday's for the 3 night cruise.

Ahh - I do have one that no one mentioned..

Remember when the return guest incentive was a complimentary upgrade to stay at the Grand Floridian?

We sailed on sailing #7 on the Magic and with the incentive one year later returned on the Wonder with a stay at GF for 3 days at the price of (then named) a Dixie Landings stay.

THAT was a good deal and one we will likely never see again with the popularity and repeat cruising volume.

My favorite remember when is the Improv comedy - I know it costs more, but it's worth it Disney!!!

We had noticed these in all the PR pictures/video... I had thought that was a really neat idea, and would have been looking for them!!!

Remember when one of the shows was Voyage of the Ghost Ship? I liked that show.

Remember when you could pick your table at Palos?

Of all the things that changed, I honestly feel losing the improv to the dueling pianos was the worse thing they could do. But then, I go to consecutive shows at the Comedy Warehouse.

You are after my heart!
I am that ONE person that thinks Ghost Ship was the best show they put onboard. Yes, Dreams is nice, but come on - how hard was that show to write? Open up the Disney Vault and you have plenty of good material. But Ghost Ship was very Disney without relying on Mickey and had some good music - I dare you to recall Sing a Sailor's Tale and avoid having that tune in your head for an afternoon!

Improv - my wife and I would go to every performance each night because they were all different. Some duds occurred, but many a night we'd roll out just hurting from laughing so hard...

We had no advance info on things like "ressie rushes", "secret portholes", "surial baths", and there certainly were no lime-green tshirts!!!
