Guess they don't read their email. I wrote and told them about the problem with the virus.
I also lodged a complaint about their reservation agent. She was beyond rude. I FINALLY got an email today recognizing the incident. Also an offer for a discounted rate on a car.
This complaint was emailed on the 4th of Jan. Not particularly timely in the customer service area, IMHO.
Pluto and a few others have had good luck with them, and I think that is great, but, I am not taking the chance here. I went through priceline and paid about 10.00 more for the week through Avis. I know Avis.
