Good morning Bobbi! I've missed being around. Been a busy week this week. How are you all?

Well, DH got home late last night from China. It was a quick trip, but as you know, no 14 hour plane ride is quick!
My excitement was finding a 4-5 ft water snake in my kitchen yesterday morning. It was more excitement than I needed. There is a company that will deal with it and they did. I had a deputy with me while we waited, he helped me keep the snake in the kitchen. It's been dry, there have been snakes found in neighbors garages recently, this is the first house report so far.

Snake wrangling? OMG. I think I would have climbed the walls. Hope you and Belle were okay. Did DH enjoy his trip?

I don't think Belle knew it was with us. She kept by the cool air register. I'm glad, because if she saw it, she may have tried to play with it. She likes to hop on grasshoppers, this would have been ugly. I was very happy the deputy (who was quite smitten with Belle, took a picture of her and sent it to his wife!) was with me. He had a tool to keep the snake at bay, but he wasn't able to take the snake out, unless it threatened. The snake would be released in unpopulated area.
