Let me here what you have to say

Nikisha,

my only concern with your situation is putting the extra money on your credit card. a rule that was engrained in me as a child was NEVER charge what i couldn't pay off in full by the due date. if it would help you, i might be able to rent you points for your res that you have booked plane tix for until you are able to figure out your situation. it would be foolish to complete the purchase just because you have plane tix for your first res!

no i usually pay any balance i have on my credit cards by the due date, and i rarely use credit card only took once to learn my lesson.

i'll pm thanks

I understand your question if you feel comfy with the 30 % down payment and can pay off CC before month or two end then go for it :thumbsup2 ... I can't imagine spending all that money renting:confused3 ,hoping that someone Might be able to rent points when that money can go towards your ownership   :cloud9:

Cancel your trips, get the credit, close the deal, rent your extra points and 1st two years of points to pay off the CC and any other debt you may have associated with this deal, save some of that rental money for your maintance fees and borrow points to go on vacation in a year or so. But if you're really worried about $2000 then maybe you should re-think the venture...
