I am almost finished reading a great sales book called Lessons from the Mouse by Dennis Snow. He was a keynote speaker at a conference I attended and loved his lecture. The area of the book I am now on is customer service and one item in particular really related to what happened today: Mr Snow talked about an experience where he called a company to ask a question and the operator's response was "you can find that info on the internet"
I had a DDP question and called the DVC b/c that is who I booked it through. You will never guess the response, yeppers "You can find that info on the internet BUT I can help if you really need it"
I am very happy with who I bought DVC through (Vickye) but this person should be ashamed of themselves!!
Just a little story that I wanted to share. I did get the info from her but felt "dumb" doing it.
Thank you DISBOARDS and all the members b/c you guys prove that the only "dumb question is one not asked"
I have gotten TONS of big and little tips that I would never have thought of.
