I started my new weight loss journey on January 6th and I was all gung-ho. The first two weeks I dropped 3 lbs each! I was flawless on food and walked at least 5 miles a day, went to the gym 3-4 times a week and did at least 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week. After that I lost .2 and .2, so I added a few more hours of exercises and I gained 1.4!
Last Monday I started anew, but while I was doing my cardio an awful pain struck my leg so much that I could not continue. I have been forcing myself to walk the 5 miles a day (my dog has helped with the forcing since she is now accustomed to that much walking too), but that is it. I have done NOTHING else this week. On a whim I got on the scale this morning and I am already down 1.6 for the week (and I don't officially weigh in till Monday)! I think I must have been overdoing it!
