Less Crowded Sun. MK or Epcot?

Which would be less crowded on a Sunday towards the end of August (actually last Sun. in Aug.), Epcot or MK?

We have the option to do Epcot on Sunday and then MK on Monday, or vice versa. Can you tell me which park you think would be less crowded on Sunday? TIA!

If last year hrs. hold up, neither have EMH's that day, and neither would have them the day prior, however if we did Epcot on Monday, they would have EMH's the following day (Tuesday).

Never been in August, so take my suggestion with a grain of salt. But, assuming no special events or unusual hours, I would do MK on Sunday and Epcot on Monday.

I've done Epcot on Monday, and it wasn't that crowded. No comment on MK on Sunday, but i've been told that rope drop is your friend.

I thought the old rule of thumb was never to do MK on a Monday?

Epcot will be less crowded than Magic Kingdom on Sunday and Monday. Either day would be great for Epcot, but Magic Kingdom will be less crowded on Sunday. Do Epcot on Monday.

Mondays didn't use to be crowded at mk but the last year or so that has completely changed and monday is the day to avoid mk.

We went in late August, Sunday at MK worked out fine for us. Didn't go to Epcot until Wednesday, though, so can't comment on that aspect of it.

I've read somewhere that Sunday and Monday are usually the most crowded at MK. This is because many guests end and begin their park days with it, and most folks tend to arrive on Monday and depart on Sunday. So, they want to get their first/last trip to MK.
