Les Halles - no more splitting up QS for snacks

We went to Les Halles on Friday to convert some remaining QS credits to snacks and were told they have a new policy that doesn't allow that anymore. They said the policy is brand new and were only allowing people to convert with a manager's approval. They were very nice about it, but made it clear that it won't be allowed in the future. My understanding is that it's only at Les Halles, as we had no problem converting at BC Marketplace later the same day.
