Legoland in Central Florida!

So, does anyone have an official statement?

All I've seen was hearsay from Polk County offices. I like this idea a lot better than the land being turned into more condos or something, but I hope they're able to combine the two ideas and not bull-doze it completely so it's unrecognizable.

The last owner was able to buy Cypress Gardens with money from the state because it is such a state treasure.

The Miami Herald article mentions that the gardens themselves will be staying, as well as a few of the attractions...
