What's it like? We go during my daughters 7th birthday. She has just got into lego and has asked for sets. Is it worth waiting to visit the DTD store? Do they sell disney lego sets and are they cheaper than the awfully overpriced sets here?

Counting down to 14th May!

It is not cheaper.. however there is a good variety. It is not huge, but very interesting. It is about the size of a McDonalds.

It is about the size of a McDonalds.

Is that a generic measure of size?! They're all different sizes!

We went to the NYC Lego Store and the prices were no better than here! But like you, I'm hoping they have a good range at the DTD store (though I don't have the excuse of buying for a child! :rolleyes1)

The store was bigger then our lego store back home. Like others said prices were no cheaper or more expensive. We had just bought the cinderella set for my daughter at target for holidays and then saw it at lego store at DD last week when we were there and it was same price. We also bought her the Merida set at DD and seemed to be same price as back home.

This is great! I can't find any non duplo disney sets where I live and have a big merida fan! I'll give her some dollars and let her choose her gift on the day. Thanks.

I compared 3 or 4 sets last year we wanted to buy for our God daughter. All were cheaper on Amazon UK.

I can't find any non duplo disney sets on amazon UK. Particularly after something princess or pixar (not cars or planes).

I can't find anything that says when they will be released in the UK, but you can order from Amazon.com
