Lego ningago birthday help, please!

I am looking for a disigner who can do Lego Ningago disigns. I bumped an old thread, but there hasn't been any response, so I'm guessing that disigner is not working -- too bad, her stuff is great!

These would be for my son, Cade's, 5th birthday. The party will be on July 7.

I am looking for:

Tshirt disign that says "Cade" (but nothing about birthday) in ningago oval picture.

Gift bag tags saying "Thanks for coming to Cade's 5th Birthday Party!"

Hershey kiss bottoms (for lack of better word...?). I'm not sure how much can be put on one, but something like "Thanks, from Cade" or "Cade's 5th Birthday

Invites with Ningago design on the top, then the bottom with lines for Time, Date, Place, RSVP.

I have seen your design request in the other thread and will be working on it soon. I am on a design break from May 25 to June 25 and just popped in today. When do you need this by?

You are awesome! I'm sorry to post it in two spots, it's just that the other thread was so old, I didn't think it would get a response. His party is July 7, so anytime before that. Since it will be after the 25th, then don't worry about the invites (I'll be sending those out 2 weeks prior, but I can use regular invites). Thank you and enjoy your break!!

Amy - I just finished up the invites -- they look so good and are so special! I printed out 4x6's on photo paper, then filled the info in with a sharpie. Now, I'm off to find some envelopes so I can pass them out at preschool tomorrow! Thanks!
