Yes - they will send a W2 if you make more than $600 with them so we will need to pay taxes on what we earn.

I have $15 of work still pending...I hope they approve that soon!

Can someone explain exactly what this is? I clicked on the link and was directed to a facebook page. Like others, I don't want to put this on my profile for the page that my friends and family see. What exactly is the work you guys are doing?

I do KGB, I answer texts on my computer that people email/text in. It's great, I made $20 yesterday!! I average about $2.50 an hour because I stink at it. But still, I am home anyway, might as well make some money!!! My goal is to do $2 a day (I was just bored yesterday so I kept going, plus I am trying to win a contest) to make $60 a month. I can do my $2 a day in about an hour, sometimes two if I am being picky about what questions I take. www.kgb.com for info. Good luck!

You get paid daily? And how do you edit? Do you just use common sense, or do you rewrite it in word or something like that? I signed up, and nothing is there to do. So I can't figure out exactly what it is yet. I wonder if I should cancel my account (is there a way?) and open a new facebook account just for that. How much time are you putting in at this time to make 10 a day?

It doesn't really bother me that it can access my profile. I feel like any facebook app can do that and I don't keep anything on facebook that would bother me if someone else saw. After all - its a public internet site - I would be foolish to keep info on there that anyone can see by searching for me anyway!

I put in about 1.5 dedicated hours the other day and made $23. I got paid some of it yesterday and am awaiting payment on the rest.

Forgive me but I only read the original posters thread. I work from home. I had stayed home raising my family and when my oldest was ten and my youngest was two, I decided it was time to do something. I watched Good Morning America one day and they had a segment on how to work from home and find legitimate companies. There are tons and tons of scams out there and also if you post anywhere on the Internet that you want to work from home, you will get at least one response from someone not legitimate trying to tell you how to make millions. Anyway, back to my experience. I live in PA. I work "through" a company called Arise.com. I had to incorporate myself which some do for free but I paid someone 125.00 to do it. I have a very flexible schedule. I am required to work 15 hours a week which is what most of the Clients expect out of you. There is a forum called workplacelikehome.com which is a good resource and also wahm.com.

It's not just Dis'ers who are signing up left & right for Cloud Crowd. I have been following some threads on the eHow.com forums for a few days too. There's a bunch of eHow contributors signing up. They are probably saturated with new people. It was my plan to sign up today - I was trying to decide who to sign up under as a downline...but guess I waited too long. I will keep following what's going on tho. Sounds like it pays better than most of these gigs.

Thank you for your work. We will be changing our payment policy to the following: work approved by 5pm PST will be paid by midnight of the next business day. We're giving ourselves a little more buffer in case of delays. We like paying same day, but next business day is probably what we're going to be limited to as we move forward. Tasks will be light this week, as we are focusing on implementing learnings from last week. We apologize if there's not as much work as you'd like. There will be plenty of work in the future!

There is a message board on their site. They are trying to make a better system for how the edits get reviewed, so that is why there are probably so many still "Awaiting Review".

Even though things will be slow this week, I think that it is great that they are weeding out the riffraff now, and making a better site for those that truly want to work for some extra money. More legitimate workers = better work = more companies signing up = more projects for us.

I imagine it will be a little while before this is really up and fully running.

I did notice that there were some Find Sites & some Review Website selections available today (I didn't do any though). So hopefully that means that when they do get the editing part back up there will be some good stuff to work on.

I did notice that it fluctuates b/t No Tasks and Available, so for those that like to do the Searches, etc. it might be worth your time to check the page frequently in between DISsing Might catch it at a good time.

When did you finish the work? If after 5pm pacific time Saturday, that would qualify as being done by 5pm Sunday, and paid by midnight tonight (according to the new payment rules on the site). Hopefully anyway!
