I work for www.idapted.com as an English instructor for Chinese students. I started in April. I live on the east coast and the hours available to work each day are 8:00 to 10:30 M-F and 8:30 to 10:30 Sat. and Sunday. M-Th evenings from 9:30 to 10:30. The shifts are broken down into 1/2 hour shifts. You are required to work 10 shifts a month. It is not hard at all. I worked a lot this past summer and I also substitute at my son's school so I do my work at home when I don't sub.

No not at all. I am an english instructor. Basically the students (ages high school to adult) go online and study their lessons and then connect to me via the computer/software and you have a 15 min. interaction/lesson with them using the screen/prompts.

I edited Chinese web sites through Cloud Crowd. It was really easy, took me about 5 minutes a site once I got started. They pay about a $1.50 per site and it really added up fast. I've never done anything like this, but I wanted some extra money for our December trip. I just thought I'd share. Here is the link www.cloudcrowd.com . You get the money each day---they deposit it right into your paypal account. has anyone else tried this?


I wanted to add I just checked the other board and a bunch of moms that started Fri. night when I did just got paid around 5 a.m.---I'll let you know when my money hits paypal.

You are not always charged a fee - I do alot of work as an independent contractor and the companies who pay me through paypal pay the fee and I get the complete amount owed to me - now I don't know about this company but its not an always deal on the paypal fee.

I hope the link works for you. There are several moms on one of the other boards I read that are having good luck with it. I just thought I'd share since I've gotten such good tips here before. I find the editing pretty quick/easy. I think it is the teacher turned stay at home mom in me---or maybe it is just my OCD.

I don't think you get charged for this by paypal--I just started, because the other moms were talking about making pretty good money. Up until now I've only used paypal to spend my money. Thought it might be nice if I could make some instead. Check it out for yourself--like I said I'm hardly the expert.

Do you mean one of the sites you were supposed to edit? Every few sites, it seems like I get a funky one. You have the option to skip a site and then it just gives you a new one to click on. Good luck. I've done about 20 so far and probably skipped about 8 in between.

Which one are you selecting? I am in edit badly written english paragraphs when I click on the link at the bottom its all in chinese, how do I skip? or how can I get them in english so i can edit them??
