They're taking forever with that construction too. Just get it done already! I just want to know what kind of stores we'll be having. All the mall used to be was jewelry stores We'll probably get the same crap, just in a different layout

I want a Disney Store and a Victoria's Secret. Bath & Body Works too, of course. Some sort of baby store like Baby Depot or Babies R Us. I hate having to go to Slidell or Baton Rouge to shop for baby showers

I'm sorry you can't do the Wishes cruise, I know you were looking forward to it. Start you a Wishes Cruise jar and keep all your change in it, and maybe by your next trip, you'll have extra money towards it!

did you hear about the Target? That willl be nice to have. I heard Old Navy will be one. JC Penney is already building (I don't know why they ever moved in the first place. The grass looked greener over in Covington but they actually lost revenue)

I hope we get Bath & Body works again, too. I usually go to Walmart for baby stuff since we don't have any of those here.

She didn't go to the Disney store...BUT she talked to them and they want to go no matter what! My mom forgot to bring the Disney video (as I suspected) so I will be bringing mine, and I told them about the Friday Samantha Brown special. Gonna get 'em all pumped for the trip!
(also Brittany would prefer to fly and is trying to convince her mom )

I found some HELLA cheap glow sticks/bracelets/necklaces so I'm gonna bet some for our party. Just think it would be fun. Plus I want some for our nights at the parks too.

Well, since it looks like I'm all alone this morning I figured I'd take this lull and make the sad sad announcement that we will no longer be booking a Wishes Cruise for Chris' birthday.

Here's what happened....
A few weeks ago, Chris and I were discussing our trip and other things that we need to pay for besides the trip and we almost decided to cancel Disney! Yes, I know it's hard to believe but it was considered. We are currently in the process of trying to get our house up for sale and there have been other odds and ends that have come up in the process so we weren't sure we were going to be able to afford everything. Then we decided that we could just pay for Disney with our extra tax refund that is coming to us So, that crisis was averted!! **whew**

But we did decide that we don't need to be doing things at Disney that will cost us quite a bit extra like the Wishes Cruise. The other deciding factor in that is the fact that some of the people that were going to go in on the cost with us backed out so we just decided to nix the idea all together. One year when we have quite a bit of extra money to spare we will do the Cruise but it just won't be this year.

So there you have it folks....that's one of the major changes on the itinerary that I've been hinting at. I just wanted to be sure that it was really not going to happen before I announced it to you all.

So, do you guys have any suggestions as to what to do for Chris' birthday now? I was thinking of just getting the group together and going to Adventurer's Club or the Comedy Warehouse that night but I'm open to suggestions.

YEP - you're spelling it right! I told my mom she was just trying to confuse people when she spelled my name with two "n"s.

I understand the pin addiction too. I would so love to buy one of the $100 lots for trading, but money is too tight right now, and I want to make sure the trip is paid off first.

Ya - I am addicted to WoW - as much as I hate to admit it. It started off with just DH and then he roped me in. He is more of a gamer than me, but I enjoy playing along. We only have the PS2 though - no XBox . You guys are making me want to get one though with the whole Rock Band thing that looks like fun and I me some Guitar Hero so I bet I would like that too. My nephew has the Wii and that thing is freaking amazing. We're gonna wait until the price comes down a little bit though. You never know - I might have to sneak some time in the game room with the guys!
