Who remembers this stage show that used to be in Magic Kingdom in the 90's? Legend Of The Lion King was a wonderful show that showcased The Lion King and it was such an amazing show and what made this stage show unique was the characters used in the show were actually fully-automated puppets that required bunches of puppeteers to operate the characters during the show and I thought that was very cool. It's a shame Walt Disney World did away with this show because it was the best The Lion King show ever made

I beg to differ. The Festival of the Lion King at Animal Kingdom is a truly amazing show. I believe it is frequently rated the #1 show at WDW. It has something for everyone --- tumbling/acrobatics, fire twirling, great music, high flying dancer, etc...

And then of course, there is the Broadway version of The Lion King. I have seen it twice and would happily see it again. It is done so well and such a unique show.

I remember this show. It was great, but I can understand why it was replaced a few years after Festival of the Lion King opened, while there was also a Lion King-themed movie in Epcot's The Land.

Lion King was not as good a fit in Fantasyland as it is in Animal Kingdom. The show that replaced it, Mickey's PhilharMagic, is a better fit, as was the first show in that space, Mickey Mouse Revue. I remember being very upset in the mid-1980s when Mickey Mouse Revue was sent to Japan for the opening of Tokyo Disneyland.

I am always amused when people complain about attractions being closed or changed as a sign of Disney now being woke, or cheap, or overly focused on intellectual property, or whatever. Attractions have been coming and going since Disneyland first opened.
