I have enjoyed reading the posts regarding the planned uses of the dining plan. Several have mentioned having leftover meals at the end of the trip.
We are staying onsite for four days with the free dining, then moving to a timeshare. I suspect we'll have leftover CS credits, since DS11 barely eats. My plan is to go the Pepper Market on our last day and buy as many meals as it takes to zero us out to put in our refrigerator at our timeshare resort. Leftovers. YUM!
It would be interesting to read your suggestions for portable CS or Snack foods that could go with you on the plane or in the car when you leave if you still have credits. The more specific, the better.

We were there in Jan.-it wasn't very hot and since we had refillable mugs about the only thing we used Snacks for was ice creams in food court. In seemed like every time I looked for popcorn in the parks on the way out I couldn't find any. I know we had unused snacks. When I approached the father and son and asked if they would like a "free" no strings attached ice cream I actually had to convince them to take it. I told them "see, not everyone for California is a jerk!"
