This is my favorite recipe, I make sure to have extra turkey to make it with. Take about 3 cups of rice and put in the bottom of casserole pan (this makes a small one, to do a 13x9, double recipe, I usually do). then put a few tbls of butter in a 2 qt pan over medium heat and add a few tbls of flour and mix in. Add 2 cups of milk and 2 chicken bullion cubes and bring to a low boil. mix in about 1 1/2 cups of cut up turkey and a can of mushrooms if you like them. Pour this mixture over the rice and top with shredded sharp cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes on 350. It's sooooo good. Sorry for the guestimates. I don't have an actual recipe, I always guess the amounts.
