Left Or Right - When Both Lines Are Long?

I often think of this - when I go to any of the parks.

I remember long ago hearing that psychologically or something - most people tend to gravitate left or right, despite appearances.

Anyone know which way people usually go ?

The theory states that people naturally go right - (right handed, go right).

FWIW, people like the Unofficial Guide writers have tested this claim at Disney theme parks and have concluded it is without merit.

What we usually do is if the party in front of us is large, we'll go in the opposite line. If it's not, we choose based on the knowledge of the que (which one has the inside/outside turns)
