Left Behind Fans (mini-spoiler for latest book)

I just started reading the latest book (Armaggedeon) in the series last night and while I have enjoyed all of the other books in the series this one is really freaking me out! I can't figure out why this one has me a little disturbed. I know this
is not a light topic and it stands to reason that it will be a dark book but I really didn't like the way I was feeling while I was reading it.

The part that was really bothering me the most is when Chloe is being questioned by the CG and they are using her son to try to get her to give them information. I guess since I now
have a son of my own I am just more effected by something like this? Is the rest of the book going to be more of the same? I am not sure I am in the best state of mind to be reading it right now if that is the case.

It is difficult to answer that question with out giving away the story..I would keep reading though. It is a good book and I sorta figured it would get harder and harder to read the closer it came to the end of the series...
