They sell the same drink at Disney California Adventure in Carsland
(only they call it " Red's Apple Freeze.")

It's frozen apple juice (think frozen lemonade) with a whipped "toasted marshmallow"
topping.

We liked it very much.

(We even went back a few hours later and each bought a second cup of the stuff.)

It's nice and refreshing, I enjoyed it very much. Though I'd recommend mixing in the foam on top because otherwise it is very tart. Not exactly enjoyable on its own.

I don't like apple juice at all because of the cloying sweetness, but I do love apple cider. LeFou's Brew tastes much more like cider to me, with a slightly less acidic bite and a very subtle, but SUPER tasty hint of marshmallow.

DH and I loved it!

Albeit very sweet as well, I'm sorry, but Butterbeer is a tough act to follow.
Looking forward to comparing anyway.

It was refreshing, but very sweet. It's one of the things that you have once in a long time. We did get the mug, its cute. Gaston is one of Dh's favorite characters.

My 20 month old nephew and I both liked it, but my sister didn't. She says she's not crazy about apple juice in general though. I didn't really care for the foam on top though - I think maybe it's mango flavored.

Thumbs down. I wanted to like it. I tried to like it. But I didn't like it and threw it out.

If this was supposed to be the equal of Butterbeer, it failed...at least IMO. I don't love Butterbeer, but it is better than the brew.

I tried it, but it's a big no from me. I'm not an apple juice person. I do like cider, but I didn't find it tasted like cider. The mango topping was sweet and tart, sort of a headache-y combination for me. I threw most of it away which stung for a $5 drink.

We shared one four ways and that was okay. I doubt I would drink a whole one. I, myself would never have ordered it.

Definitely no apple juice flavor to it IMHO.

I love it......without the foam. I just didn't like the mango combined with the apple juice. Just the juice and the marshmallow was delicious though.
