Leeway Time From Mk To 1900 Faire Park Ps

Will be at MK on the Tuesday of the week of Thanksgiving and have PS for dinner at 5:40pm at 1900 Faire Park at Grand Florian resort. What time should we leave MK and how best to get to Grand Florian so we are 15 mins. early for PS? We are staying at Old Key West, should we drive to MK that day and then drive to Grand Florian? Or should we make use of the busing to MK and then take the monorail to the dinner?

From the MK, its about a 15 minute Monorail ride, or a 15 minute boat ride.

As for whether to take your own car, or Disney Transport... well, that's up to you. I'm assuming the MK will be closing later that week, so you can then take the Monorail back to the MK, and catch the OKW bus from there.

One thing to note... the Monorail is a great ride, especially riding up front. But another lil great ride is the boat ride to/from the MK, especially at night.

I would take the monorail. I would leave MK about 5pm.

My daughter and I did this over Columbus Day weekend. It only took about 15 minutes from the monorail platform to the GF. The ride back to MK is even shorter. MK is open until 8 that night, so you even have time to go back to MK after dinner!
