LeCellier's new coffee steak, available at lunch?

Hi, i just FINALLY got into LeCellier and i'm really wanting to try their coffee rubbed steak but my ADR is for lunch. Anyone know if they'll let me order it if it's not on the lunch menu?

It may depend on if they have all the ingredients prepped for it. I know before they put the filet with mushroom risotto on the lunch menu a couple of years ago, I've tried to order it at lunch and was told no.
