LeCellier question

We have a dinner reservation at LeCellier. In our party is a 12 year old picky eater. Anyone know if you can order the lunch burger at dinner? If not, he can always get a hot dog. (I know he'll still have to use an adult table service credit.)

hmmmmmm....So steak and chicken are out of the question??? I believe if you call ahead of time and explain they may be able to accomodate you....Our friends that went with us last year. His son had the pizza meal for kids instead. and then paid for a steak too....I think that it would of been enough to eat....
I still say call when you go and ask the day before your reservations...

He's so picky. I know he would eat the hot dog, pizza or burger. He'll eat steak but not enough to get full off of. I thought about the chicken and ask for a different side.

When we were there for dinner last summer they refused to make the lunch burger at dinner time. My husband & daughter didn't want anything else on their menu so they got up & left.

our grandkids didnt like steak when they were younger and when they went to Le Cellier we got them the chicken meal....they really enjoyed it....

Awww- we have one of those terribly picky babes too.

At Le Cellier- we've even had the chef make scrambled eggs one night for our DD. Most places are very accommodating-----the waitress there was so worried about our DD eating that she kept bringing little sample things from the kitchen for her to try.

She of course had nothing to do with any of it at all- but it was very sweet of the waitress to try.

When he was really little he'd eat just about anything you'd put in front of him. At abaout 5 years old, things changed. Do you remember what the chicken meal was exactly?

Hey to you too! He is soooo picky but he kinda gets that from me (though I did venture out when I hit my 20s). Some say "make him eat it or go hungry". I can't do that 'cause I know I don't want anybody making me eat something I don't like.

I think maybe I'll call ahead and ask if they can make the burger. If not, he'll probably be ordering something from the kids' menu. I know it won't be enough to keep him full for long but it'll tide him over.

I was just looking at the menu myself for my DD11. I know when I was that age I got over it quick. I got tired of going hungry
