They had no available tables for 5 so i took a 3 and a 2. Question is what if we get two different waiters how would they do the ddp on 2 checks?:confused3

I don't think it would be a problem - the DDP credits are attached to your hotel key/ticket/etc - so each table would just give one of their keys/tickets and they would subtract the credits as appropriate for that table.

Beyond that, it is pretty rare for folks to be separated that much.

Last yr we were a group of 10 on the DDP and they never had any tables together when we made our ADR's so all of our 11 TS meals were split in the system.Either 2 tables of 5 or 4&6 and so on.When we arrived we were always sat at the same table or they pushed a table together. We never had to sit at seperate tables. So it may be that you will get sat together even though your ADR is split. This was just our expeirence so yours may be different. This was also during free dinning when TS were at capasity.
I could be wrong but meals that are served family style or they set bread or stuff for everyone to share it would be cheaper for disney to have all of a party sitting together so less food gets waisted.Instead of having to put rolles out and they not get fininshed they would have to dump them same with the food because they have been touched.Make sence?
