The maple creme brulee was excellent. In Sept. it came with a vanilla bean creme brulee, which was also good, but I liked the maple flavor better than the vanilla bean. I don't know if it still comes with a vanilla creme brulee or not.

My kids LOVE the chocolate "moose." It's cute and tasty. I think that might have been moved to the adult dessert menu from the kid's menu. They also had a smoothie (chocolate/raspberry, I think) that they enjoyed.

Does anyone know if you can order the dessert sampler on the dining plan?

We have not been there, but I remember reading that you can get it, but you have to share it with another person. So it would technically count as two desserts!!!! I think...can some1 correct me if i'm wrong?!?!

Don't know what the policy is now, but dd and I shared the dessert sampler on the DDP. It did count for 2 desserts.

Does the choc. cake have a strong orange flavor. My boys love choc. cake but are not crazy about orange flavor.

You can have the cake without the sauce. I took the cake to go (I was too full after all the pretzle bread, cheese soup and amazing steak ) I asked for no sauce because I was afraid it would be soggy by the time I ate it.

When I was eating the cake for breakfast the next morning, it was still fresh and moist and delicious! (Hey, on vacation, I ate cake for breakfast, what can I say!)

I was SO full after my dinner the thought of stomaching more food was pretty rough. I did end up getting the sherbert which was just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth, but didn't fill me up much more. It was very tasty! If I had more room I think I'd try to s'more. DH had it and loved it.
