This was the only time I was able to get for the whole week (dinner that is). Epcot closes at 9:00. Should I just cancel this adr and try something else. Would you keep an adr this late? I'm not concerned about missing Illumninations because I have it planned for a different night.

I'd keep it. If you get hungry while waiting for your dinner time to roll around, there is never a shortage of snacks around WS, especially if you'll be there during F&W.

Keep it. We had dinner at Epcot one night during Illuminations on our last trip and it was the most relaxing meal we had all week. The restaurant was quiet, & we got a great table. If you get hungry before your dinner ADR just grab a small snack to tide you over.

Keep it. We ate there that late once and it was nice and relaxing and quiet. By the time we got out Illuminations was done and the park was emptying out. We took the long way out..(walked all the way around WS) and enjoyed the view

Definitely keep it. Like the others have said, it will be nice and relaxing on your way out of the park and during your meal.

Another vote to keep it! Epcot is so pretty at night after closing when there is no one around.

We used to love eating late at Epcot, but that's out for the next few years with a couple little ones.

Another vote for 'Keep it'! Since a Le Cellier reservation is so hard to come by, sacrificing one late night to eat there is totally worth it! Like someone else said, if you get hungry earlier than that, there are plenty of places around WS to snack on. China egg rolls, the French Patisserie, or Germany soft pretzels come to mind...:yay:

I've had 8:50pm in the past and would keep it. The food is just as yummy, the crowds inside start to thin out. Grab a snack if you're hungry at 5pm.

Definitely keep it, we had a 8:50pm when we were there and still had great service and didn't feel rushed to get out, and when we did eventually come out there was literally no-one around (well, maybe about 10 people maximum :goodvibes) so had a nice walk through the park, took some cool pictures without loads of people about, and walked on an empty bus to get back to our resort. :cool1:

Now that my daughter is older, we love eating late at Epcot except on the night designated for Illuminations. We have a late lunch or snack. And then enjoy walking out of the park when it is just about empty!

I would keep it. We enjoy Le Cellier but during peak time they herd you in and out like cattle. At 8:30, you stand the chance of actually having a relaxing dinner without all of the noise. The last two times we've gone at 6:30 & 7pm, I got my appetizer, soup, dinner all at the same time, not a happy camper! 8:30 sounds like a winner!

Hi summersalt,
I agree you should keep it. I have had ADR's that late before and it was fine. I found the experience to be more relaxed. You will not be rushed since it is the end of the night. Le Cellier ADR's are hard to come by so I would definitely keep it. Have a great trip! :cool1:
